The fully organic meals at Glenesk are prepared on the premises by the School cook, a qualified nutritionist, who says 'The role of nutrition and its impact on health has never been more in the public eye. The serving of nutritious, wholesome, freshly-served food, in as natural a state as possible, with varying textures and flavours encourages healthy eating habits from an early age'. Provision can be made for children with religious or special dietary needs, if required. Menu sheets are provided at each half-term with the school newsletter. Nursery and Kindergarten children dine in their own rooms and the older children dine together in the hall.
