Early Birds


Early Birds is available to all children from Nursery to Year 2 from 7.45am

The cost is £261 for half termly bookings (5 days a week) or £5.00 per ad hoc sessions

Stay & Play


Stay & Play is available to all children from Nursery to Year 2 from the end of school day until 6.00pm Monday to Friday, run by qualified Play Leaders. Monday to Friday throughout all term times. A hot snack is provided at 4.30pm

It is chargeable in three 45 minute slots from 3.45pm-6.00pm at £8.00 for the first and last slot, and £11 for the middle slot to include hot snack

Payments

Key information:

  • Direct Debit payment options are available and Childcare vouchers are accepted

  • Fees are due in full by direct debit on or before the first day of each term

  • In our Nursery setting, where your student is eligible, the fees will include the impact of Early Years Funding from Surrey County for children from the age of 2 (from April 2024). Each session qualifies for 3 hours of Early Years Funding – we are registered to claim up to 15 hours per week. As you begin your admissions process with us, our team will advise you on the next steps and how to set this up.

  • Payments may be made monthly if you enrol with our partners at School Fee Plan (SFP).

  • On registering your child a registration fee of £120 is requested and an Acceptance deposit of £500 is required the term before entry

Cognita is an appointed representative of Premium Credit Limited which is Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. *School Fee Plan is a trading style of Premium Credit Limited. *Credit is subject to status, affordability, terms and conditions apply. Over 18s only. Failure to keep up with your repayments could result in your agreement being cancelled.

Sibling discounts for children in Reception - Year 2

  • 5% discount for one sibling

  • 10% discount for an additional sibling

  • 15% discount for any further siblings

International student fees

Key information:

  • To secure a place, a £6,000 deposit is required. This is refundable when your child leaves school

  • Students are required to pay a £2,000 English language support (EAL) fee per annum in addition to their tuition fees

  • International students will be asked to pay the full year of tuition fees upfront
